It has Raymarine electronics including a RL80C radar/plotter,12" color GPS, ST 7001 autopilot,Tridata, engine synchronizers and VHF radio, anchor windlass, compass and remote control for the Clarion satellite radio and CD changer. Down the steps, enter the cabin through the lockable fiberglass door. The electrical control panel is conveniently located on the starboard wall as you reach the bottom step. The dinette converts into a sleeping berth for two. It is equipped with two zone heat/AC with a 6 gallon hot water heater and plenty of storage for hanging clothes and storing supplies. Entertainment is provided by a Clarion AM/FM Satellite radio with a six disc CD changer. For your viewing pleasure there are two flatscreen HDTV 's with DVD players in the main salon and forward berth. The galley has a like new microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer and two burner AC/ DC stove. The fully enclosed standup head has a counter, sink, vacu-flush toilet and separate enclosed shower. It also has a power exhaust, medicine cabinet and several other cabinets for additional storage. In addition to the dinette sleeper conversion, sleeping quarters include an aft sofa bed conversion for two and a forward sleeping salon that accommodates two and is separated from the main salon by a pocket door for privacy. MAINTENANCE-This boat is in excellent condition and has had regular maintenance and repairs as needed. The oil has been changed annually using Mercruiser products and Quicksilver synthetic oil. The exhaust risers were replaced as well as the water pumps. The batteries were replaced in 2010 with group 31 Optima batteries and an a new ProCom electronic charger.
